What Happens At A
Kids Football Party?
PARTY INVITATIONS & GOALS TV
We’ve made it easy to make the day extra special.
Your booking confirmation will include a special link to create custom digital invitations – perfect for sending to friends and family. You'll also get access to GOALS TV, where you can personalise the on-site screens for the big day.
And in a GOALS exclusive, you’ll be able to securely upload a photo of the birthday child to see them up in lights on our digital displays – a brilliant way to make them feel like a star.
How long do parties last?
2 hours in total, broken down into 90 mins football, 30 mins food.
Do we pay extra for children above 10?
Yes, this comes at 10% of the price of 10 children
How many guests can I invite?
Generally, numbers aren't limited, but please check with your chosen club when booking. We understand that you may not know how many guests you’ll have when booking; we will phone you a week before your party to confirm this. For parties over 16 children, we will utilise two coaches to maximise activities and party organisation at an additional cost of £30.
Any siblings attending who would like some of the party food can also be added directly at a cost of £6 per sibling.
When is an extra coach required?
You can have 1 coach for up to 16 children.
What happens if extra children don’t turn up?
No problem at all, we will call you roughly 7 days before your party to try get as finalised numbers as we can, but if this changes on the day, we have you covered. You will not be charged for children who do not attend (above the minimum of 10).
What food is included?
We offer pizza, chicken strips, hot dogs and fries. To which you will choose 2 options and they will come out as a buffet platter. There are food add ons that can be purchased to make the day extra special
Can we bring our own food (e.g. cakes, biscuits)?
Unfortunately we cannot permit external food sources to be brought in. We can only cater for parties using our own food provision. We have some great options and bolt on's to choose from!
Do Goals provide a Birthday cake?
We provide a birthday cake as part of the Premier package, and as an add-on when you build your own. Where possible, this will be presented outside and we ask that candles are not blown out where a cake will be cut up and given out to children.
What does the party host do?
Our fully qualified party hosts are there to supervise your party and ensure everyone has an unforgettable time. They can play out a full training session for you, play fun games or even just referee a match. They are there to cater for the birthday child.
What if it rains (or there’s thunder & lightning)?
The party will still go ahead as normal as our pitches are all weather, we just ask the children to either wear waterproof clothing or bring a change of clothes with them.
What footwear should children wear?
Anything that is comfortable for the children. You can wear football boots or trainers. However, if football boots are the option, they cannot be metal or bladed studs.
Can parents stay to watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to stay with the party. We have a range of drinks and food available in the bar, along with Free Wi-Fi.
