September & October Campaign Terms

1. Promotion Period:

• The FREE FRIDAY HIRE campaign for functions in England and Scotland ("Promotion") will run from Sunday 1st September 2024 to midnight Monday 30th September 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to all customers of Goals.
• For new and existing customers.
• Must book function within the Promotion Period for any dates up to 31st December 2024.

3. Redemption:

• To redeem, you must speak with your local club before your event and reference the campaign
• Redemption and claim cannot be redeemed for cash value as a refund

4. Booking Process:

• To avail of the discount, customers must make their booking for a function during the Promotion Period.
• Bookings can be made by quoting/referencing the offer, over the phone or in person at any participating clubs.
• Deposit gained to secure and refunded after the event takes place, as standard. 

5. Valid Locations:

• The Promotion is valid at participating Goals locations (40 clubs) in England and Scotland, excluding Goals Ipswich, Goals Bristol North, and Goals Dagenham. 

6. Exclusions:

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The discount cannot be applied to any add-ons after the Promotion Period.

7. Cancellation and Refund:

• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

8. Modification or Termination:

• Goals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. General Terms:

• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Goals' standard terms and conditions also apply and can be found on the Goals website.
• Additional fees may be added (varies per location), the Goals club will confirm all additional costs at the time of booking.

11. Others:

• Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
• The participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs.
• The complete text of these T&Cs will be available at the Site and at the App.
• The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other means deemed opportune to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
• The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
• The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on legal process.
• Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
