Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: This offer is valid for new bookings made between 1st August 2024 to 31st December 2024.
- Availability: The offer applies to function hires on Fridays only. Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
- Event Time: The free hire is applicable for a single event per Friday, with a maximum duration of 5 hours, but this will vary per club/location.
- Additional Costs: This offer covers venue hire only. Additional services such as catering, decorations, audio-visual equipment, and staffing are not included and will be charged at standard rates.
- Booking Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after the event, provided no damages or violations occur.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Limitations: This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Management Rights: GOALS reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
